Terms of Use for the Vingmed B2B Online Store

The Vingmed B2B online is intended for businesses, organizations, and the public sector. The general terms of delivery of Vingmed  apply to all transactions made in the Vingmed online store. 

By registering for the Vingmed B2B online store ("Online Store"), the customer confirms that they have acquainted themselves with Vingmed's general terms of delivery, accept them, and agree to comply with them. These terms apply to all customer activities in the Vingmed and VingLab online stores.

Transactions and registration in the Online Store

To place an order in the Online Store, the customer must be registered as a customer of the Online Store.

Registration requires that the company is listed in the trade register and has both a delivery and billing to the local market.

During registration, the customer must provide all required information. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must notify Vingmed of any changes. Vingmed  reserves the right to approve customers for the online store.

The registered customer is responsible for all transactions and orders made in the online store using their credentials. If the customer notices or suspects that their credentials have been disclosed, compromised, or are being misused, they must immediately notify Vingmed . Vingmed  reserves the right to suspend the customer's credentials without prior notice if misuse is suspected.

Registration is free of charge. A registered customer can view their previous orders on their account page and also track the delivery status of the latest order.

Communication

Communication in the Online Store is conducted via email. As a customer of the Online Store, you agree that all agreements, notifications, and other communications delivered electronically are as binding as those delivered in writing.

Vingmed is not responsible if an order is not received due to interruptions in the network or telecommunications connections.
